The site is informational and for sales lead capture. It is not an online store. Any commercial proposals are governed by a separate contract.

All site content (text, images, code, the ArqWeb brand) is owned by Almirante24, Lda unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

5. Alternative dispute resolution

For consumer disputes, the consumer may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or the competent Portuguese ADR bodies (https://www.consumidor.gov.pt).

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. For judicial resolution, the courts in the district of Almirante24, Lda's headquarters are competent.
